Remain is a private peer-support network for adults. It is not therapy, medical care, or a dating app.

Be a real person. Do not sell, recruit, or scrape. Do not share anyone's phone number, legal name, or exact address.

Meet in public. Tell a friend. Leave if you feel unsafe. Report harm in the app.

Staff, volunteers, and any automated account carry a visible label. Nobody posts a personal story as a fake member.

If you are in crisis, use Get help now. Remain will not silently delete crisis language. A person is alerted.
