Terms of service

By joining Remain you confirm you are 18 or older. Remain is peer support, not medical care or therapy.

You receive a random alias. You may edit it. Remain may reclaim aliases that look like real names, contact details, or slurs.

Joining, posting, messaging, and the weekly Remain Guide meeting are free. After three other events, further attendance and organizing require Remain+ unless Remain grants hardship or comped access.

Paid in-person tickets are $5 to $25 unless Remain raises a cap. Online meetings have no ticket price. Organizer cancellations are refunded in full. Member cancellations more than 24 hours before receive a refund minus processing fees. Later cancellations are not refunded.

Remain may warn, mute, suspend, or ban accounts, and may block a phone number and device after a ban. You may appeal through support.

These terms are a working draft for launch. Remain may update them; continued use after notice means you accept the update.
